I remember meeting my cousin Anthony many years ago when we were just teenagers. I was so grateful to connect with another "Elitzer" cousin. Anthony was always so thoughtful and consistent about staying in touch, and I already miss him deeply. My heartfelt condolences to the Loera and Elitzer families. I am praying for the repose of his soul and will have a Catholic Mass dedicated to him in his honor. Rest in peace, dear cousin.

My sincere condolences for your family's loss. I hadn't known Anthony for very long, he had just started working with us maybe November. What I do know is he loved his family very much, he was excited because his dad was sending him some tamales, he said he would share but you know he ate them all himself 😀. Anthony had the most important role of being our grill cook who receives the most orders every day. He was quick witted, personable and the customers really liked him.  If you told him you messed up he would put you on front street in front of the customers, it was usually me and I would  be like I see how it is 😂. Anthony liked to check in with our Chef to see how he thought he was doing at his job and he was doing a great job. He was a breath of fresh air, because this line of work most people don't care about their work but Anthony did care. He had mentioned to me how for the Holidays he planned to help feed the homeless and I was like wow how cool of you.  Anthony was very giving person and I'm sorry I didn't get to know him very well. Prayers to all that loved him.Â
