Anthony's obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Anthony "Tony" Blomquist, 34, on June 14, 2023. Born on March 8, 1989, Anthony was a cherished husband, father, son, brother, and friend. 

Anthony is survived by his loving wife, Shirley Blomquist, to whom he was married since 2017. He was a devoted father to their two children, Andrew Blomquist, born April 27, 2012, and Eleanor Blomquist, born October 20, 2021. Anthony's memory will also be carried on by his mother, Lynda Love; sister, Katy Knapp; and brother, David Blomquist; His 3 Nieces (Madison, Claire, and Nicole), His 3 nephews (Jake, Jared, and Jason); step-father, Jim Watts; and his four brothers from another mother (Jacob Oliver,  David Quiles, Robert Brunck, and Preston Willis)

A Celebration of Life for Anthony will take place on June 24, 2023, at 1:00 PM at the Warren County Public Library - Bob Kirby Branch. Friends and family are encouraged to attend and honor the life of a man who positively impacted the lives of all he encountered.

Anthony was a man of many interests and talents. He enjoyed playing various games such as Disc Golf, D&D, Poker, and Chess. His love for travel took him to his favorite vacation spots in Michigan and anywhere outdoors, often sharing these experiences with his family. Anthony was a compassionate individual who cared deeply about his friends and his family, and will be missed terribly.

In this time of mourning, the family would like to extend their gratitude for the love and support they have received. Anthony's legacy will continue to live on through the hearts of those who loved him dearly.
