Annette's obituary
Annette Olejnicak-Patrick, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, passed away on December 27, 2024. Born in 1960, Annette's life was characterized by love, care, and a personality that could only be described as bubbly.
Annette enjoyed tending to her plants in her peaceful garden and taking adventurous trips to The North Shore, one of her favorite vacation spots. Her love for new experiences was reflected in her cooking adventures as she delighted in trying new dishes.
Annette was a unique spirit whose journey through life was marked by both challenges and triumphs. Despite facing personal struggles, she possessed a deep capacity for love and compassion that touched the hearts of those around her. Her ability to care for others, even in difficult times, is a testament to the strength of her character. She will be remembered not only for the challenges she faced but also for the love she shared with those fortunate enough to know her.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Amanda Kang, her son-in-law, Harley Kang, and her three beloved grandchildren; Rylee, Jordan, and Sean Kang. Along with siblings, nieces/nephews and cousins. She leaves behind a legacy of love and warmth that will always live on through them.
She was predeceased by those she held dear, her brother Brian Olejnicak, her sister Vicky Olejnicak, and her parents, Patricia “Pat” and Eugene “Gene” Olejnicak. Their memories were a source of strength and comfort to Annette throughout her life.
