Annemarie Biondi was born in Lucerne, Switzerland on October 18, 1930. She lived in Munich, Germany as a child and a young teenager during WWII. Life was hard during the war and Anna had many stories that she loved sharing with everyone she came in contact with. Her nurses, home care helpers and volunteers loved listening to them. She always said how Thankful she was to the young American soldier, her husband Larry, who met her family, kept in touch and helped them emigrate to Canada. Her family came over on the ship Homeland and landed in Halifax, Nova Scotia in Feb. 1952. They settled in Kitchener, Ontario after the war. Anna then married Lawrence Biondi and moved to NYC later in 1952 where they had 2 children, Steven and Diane. After that they moved to Long Island, NY where they had their third child, Paul.
In 1972 they picked up and moved to Baboosic Lake in Merrimack, NH. They just LOVED everything about NH. She is survived by her two twin sisters, Renata and Irene, brother-in-law Joe, her three children, Steven, Diane and Paul and 3 grandchildren, Nicholas, Benjamin and Angela, 5 great grand children, Brooke, Lylah, Sadie, Chase and Adalyn and many loving nieces and nephews.
