I remember spending a few days in Portland Oregon with Anne and Joan a few years ago. We had a wonderful time exploring the city, she was a lovely lady who loved to travel and made the best of everything. She will be truly missed xx

Ann hired me to do a leadership workshop for the VA in Palo Alto where she was working. She was a wonderful hostess and we had a very successful workshop. I kept in touch with her periodically over the years and was very said to hear of her passing. May her spirit live on through her family, who she always spoke very fondly of. A great woman and a great nurse. Dr. Michael B. Grossman, DM, MSN, R.N.

I never knew Anne. After reading her obituary I feel like I've known her my whole life ! She lived a truly remarkable, compassionate and giving life always embracing others and other places. Her values are the high standards which I aspire to. I do know and admire her son, Scott, and can see where he gets his great adventurous spirit. My condolences to the entire family and may your Chilkoot Trail hike be forever linked to Anne and her wonderful life.

We had the pleasure of having Anne and Joan visit us here in Charlestown Co Mayo Ireland, we had the best time, Anne was wonderful company we will remember her with much love ❤️ sending our deepest sympathy to her parents siblings and children may she Rest In Peace 🙏Eileen and Brian Colgan
