Born on January 26, 1969, in West Palm Beach, Florida, Anna carried the warmth and sunshine of her hometown with her throughout her life. Ten years ago, she made Columbus, Ohio her home, where she built lasting friendships and continued dedicating herself to the people she loved most—her family.

Anna worked for multiple call centers throughout her career, where she was known for her patience, strong work ethic, and kind voice on the other end of the line. No matter the challenge, she approached her work with dedication and resilience.

Above all else, Anna was a loving and devoted mother. Her greatest pride and joy were her three sons. Ryan, her oldest, carried her strength. Andy, her middle child, reflected her steady heart. Jack, her youngest, brought her endless smiles. She loved each of them deeply and unconditionally, and her life was centered around their happiness and well-being.
