Anna Philomena Salce was born on January 12 1929 in Shelton, CT. She attended Shelton High School. She met and married her husband of 69 years Nicholas Vincent Salce while working in Ansonia. They later moved to Miami, Florida where they raised three sons and a daughter. They lived in Miami for over 50 years. Anna worked for the University of Miami as a secretary in the hospital.
