Anna Philomena Salce was born on January 12 1929 in Shelton, CT. She attended Shelton High School. She met and married her husband of 69 years Nicholas Vincent Salce while working in Ansonia. They later moved to Miami, Florida where they raised three sons and a daughter. They lived in Miami for over 50 years. Anna worked for the University of Miami as a secretary in the hospital. She was a long time fan of The Miami Hurricanes and The Miami Dolphins. She will be missed by her daughter JoEllen Salce, her grandchildren Jordan and Richard Rogers, their spouses Timothy Sitkauskas and Eleni Jaecklein, and her great granddaughter Gianna Nicole Sitkauskas. Her three sons Nicholas, Paul, and David as well has her husband await her at the pearly gates. She is survived by her brother E. James Uberti.

Anna was a member of our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers please send donations to our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School. Funeral Mass will be held on 1/7/23 at 10 O’Clock in the morning. Services will be handled by Pinellos Funeral home under the direction of Alonia Gainous.
