Ms. Anna May Little, 96, of Riverside, CA, passed away on September 03, 2022 in her home for the past 63 years.  Anna was born on November 12, 1925 to Curl and Kattie Twilley in St. Louis, Missouri.   She moved to Riverside, California in 1945 and opened her first cafe in East Riverside shortly thereafter called Anna's Cafe.   She would go on to successfully open her second cafe on Mission Avenue, Rubidoux.   

Anna May dedicated her life to being a fantastic and wonderful person to all.  She made it her mission to improve the lives of others, beginning in grade school, often giving her own lunch away to feed those in need.  The simple pleasures in life brought Anna May great joy.  When she wasn’t filling her home with warmth, kindness, and stuffed animals, she could be found in her favorite store, Steinmart.  Her pleasant personality was contagious to everyone she met.  We will miss her greatly.  

There will be a viewing at Pierce Brothers Crestlawn Mortuary on Friday September 23, 2022, from 4-8 pm.  A Celebration of Life ceremony is also scheduled on Saturday, September 24, 2022 to acknowledge Anna May's extraordinary and unique life experiences.  She loved people and parties and we look forward to celebrating with you all.
