Ann Elizabeth (Dewey) Maliborski, 67, of Marion, NY, passed away Monday (Nov. 16, 2020) after a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Ann was born June 13, 1953 in Hornell, NY to Robert and Audrey (Brown) Dewey. On June 10th, 1978 in Penfield, NY, she married Edward Maliborski who survives and lives in the town of Marion, NY. She was predeceased by her son, Joseph Maliborski, as well as her parents. Ann graduated from R. L. Thomas high school in Webster, NY and worked for Bausch & Lomb and Preferred Care before leaving employment due to MS. In addition to her husband Ed, to whom she was married to for 42 years, Ann is survived by her son, Edward Maliborski of Hammondsport, her granddaughter, Amber Maliborski of Newark. Four brothers: Robert (Kathleen) Dewey of Fairport, Thomas Dewey of Wayland, Mark (Kathleen) Dewey of Wayland, Joseph (Molly) Dewey of Wichita, KS. One sister: Mary Ellen (Jeff) Lorow of Rock Hill, SC and 14 nieces and nephews. The memorial service is postponed indefinitely due to the pandemic.
Ann's battle with MS over her last year became more difficult and the cost of her care increased. The family is overwhelmed with medical expenses.
