Anish's obituary
Obituary — Anish Rajparia (January 21, 1971 – November 28, 2025)
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the untimely passing of Anish Rajparia, who suffered from Frontotemporal Dementia.
Born on January 21, 1971, Anish built a distinguished career over more than two decades — marked by leadership, vision, and a commitment to excellence. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Duke University, and went on to receive an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Anish held significant executive roles throughout his career. Among the most notable:
• Leader at Automated Data Processing (ADP), serving in various capacities including President International, President, Employer Services — International, and President of Small Business Services.
• Before his time at ADP, he served as co-CEO of Parlo, Inc., an online language-learning company.
• Later, he became President of OSG Billing Services (OSG), joining the company in 2019. He was named Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and served on the board, drawing on his vast experience to guide the company through a period of growth and transformation.
Beyond his professional achievements, those who worked with him remember Anish not only as a visionary executive — but as a person of deep humanity. In a remembrance shared recently, a colleague wrote:
“He was a mentor, a role model, and one of the kindest and most genuine people I have ever had the privilege to work with … He combined extraordinary vision with a rare sense of humanity.”
Anish deeply cared about his colleagues, friends, and family. He took pride in fostering inclusive, respectful, and empowering environments wherever he worked — qualities that earned him admiration and loyalty across industries.
He is survived by his loving parents, Deven and Surekha, brother Amit, wife, two daughters, close friends, and his many colleagues whose lives he touched. Though we mourn his loss, we also celebrate the legacy he leaves behind: a legacy of leadership, integrity, compassion, and service.
Rest in peace, Anish. Your influence and kindness will live on in the lives you’ve shaped — and in the memories of all who knew you.
