Love and miss you Angus.

Loved that you would spend time making the best margaritas,  squeezing all those limes.

RIP

Randy and Roxanne

I am just learning of Angus passing. My heart hurts. What a fantastic human and friend. My name is Christine Calvert. I new and worked with and around angus for more years than I can remember. I loved his stories, his kindness, and his laughter. I have no doubt he is now one of heavens angles. With much love Christine

Angus was so easy to be friends with. Always fun when he was around, and almost certain there will be something memorable from whatever the occasion. Fishing, clamming, or just getting together.

I am very thankful of all those memories.

To you Angus... I raise a pint in your honor! A good man that I am privileged to know!

I'm so sorry for your loss. I can't believe Angus has left the building. I always appreciated my friendship with Angus. Whether through our apprenticeship at BPA, camping with Paul Johnson, Steve Laslo and Guy Ganzereit on the John Day River, or working in the Safety Organization, Angus was an asset to have on my team. I will miss him dearly. The last time I spoke with Angus was when I was in the hospital for my own heart issues. He was genuinely concerned and reached out to me. We had a great conversation and compared our heart ailments.

Back in 1993, Angus introduced me to home brewing. I borrowed a book from him and started into the hobby. I took a long hiatus after my kids were born but recently started back up a couple years ago. Every time I brew, I think of Angus and his encouragement to get into the hobby. I will have to make a beer in honor of Angus and share it with our co-workers.

Angus was always so positive and I appreciated having him to advise me on many things in work and life. As I write this I am saddened that I won't be able to have those conversations with him again until we meet on the other side. (Wherever that may be)
I met Angus through my husband, Mike. I loved being around him - for his sense of humor, his sweetness, his contagious smile. The world is just a little smaller without him in it.
I met Angus at Oregon State University in the late 70s at the infamous A street and he remained a friend to the end. He was one of the most unique people I have ever met. So funny, sweet, and quirky- my dad asked me once if he owned shoes. So many stories and fun memories. I can't believe he's gone. Looking foward to bringing my OSU girlfriends up with me to Seattle, gathering with his friends and family, and trying to wrap our heads around the fact he's gone too soon. ooxx Page McCafferty Clothier
I first met Angus when he came to BPA as an apprentice and I was teaching training classes. He was definitely the coolest dude in the room. He showed up for the first after-work gathering on a motorcycle and leathers. Years later we worked together at the same substation. He was great fun to work with and we got along well. We were tasked with guarding the substation on Y2K. Since it was New Year's Eve, we brought along our significant others and packed snacks and fake champagne (no really), and waited for the apocalypse. Looking back, I can't think of anyone else that I would rather have spent the end of the world with. So long my friend.
I was shocked to find that Angus has passed and very sad.  When Sue and Angus found each other it was a true blessing for both of them.  They had some great retirement adventures.  Prayers for Sue and family.

On the road again. He loved the woods as much as the water.
I believe I only met Angus once, through my Sister Lois and Brother-in-Law Doug Etter. I enjoyed hearing about a few of the guys' exploits together. I know Angus was a good friend to Doug and will be greatly missed. My sincere condolences to Angus' family and loved ones.
I can vouch for the high quality of those wonderful hugs! Angus was a natural fit for members of my "extended chosen family" and his inclusion of me in that family circle warmed my heart. I wish I could be giving out multiple hugs now, in person, but know I am circling back that warmth in my heart to all of you, and to his bright spirit.

I remember how happy Angus and Sue were at their wedding. They both were beaming and filled with love. And Skyler was welcomed by Charlotte and Jason.
