Our friend, Gerry was the epitome of a true southern lady. She charmed us all with her delightful southern accent, charm, graciousness, kindness, beauty, her love of life and her deep friendships that she established over the years. We missed her terribly when she moved back to Georgia as she was always a part of our get-togethers whether it was holidays, birthdays or just an informal dinner. She was a delightful hostess even into her eighties. We spend many delightful sunsets with a glass of wine in her home in Brookhaven. I said I wanted to grow up to be like Gerry. She was a true steel magnolia. Not another one like her. My condolences to her family and many friends. Kay Klosterman
