Angel Cardona was a very respectable resident of the Bergen Street Residential. He never had problems with other residents or staff and was very independent. Angel rarely depended on others but when it was important, he would not hesitate to come and speak with staff for any assistance he may need help with. Angel was always polite and kept a smile on his face when he spoke with others. To most staff of course. Whenever …
