passed away peacefully on October 04, 2025, in his home. Born in Guaymate, Dominican Republic, Angel carried with him a deep pride in his roots and a devotion to family that defined his life.

He was a man of simple joys and genuine passions—whether casting a line while fishing, cheering for his beloved New York Mets, or moving to the rhythm of music and dance. Angel had a sharp eye for style, often seen wearing one of his stylish hats. He treasured the classic western shows of John Wayne and Bonanza. One of his greatest pleasures was watching the neighborhood children from his window, waving and smiling as the community passed by.

Angel’s greatest pride and happiness, however, was his family. He is survived by his wife Dolores Alvarez- Caban. As well as loving children, LaTasha L.C. Caban (and her son, JJ), Angel "Omar" Caban (Wife Lorna, And their children Paulo and Sofia. His legacy continues through his cherished grandchildren, Each of them carries a piece of his spirit, his humor, and his heart.

A celebration of Angel's life will be held on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 from 9:30 am - 11:00 am at , 1600 Stuyvesant Ave. Union, Nj.

Angel’s presence will be remembered in the warmth of family gatherings, the echo of laughter, and the memories shared by all who loved him. Though his earthly journey has ended, his light will continue to shine brightly in the lives of those he touched.
