Obituary of Angel C. Hill

Port Allegany - Angel C. Hill, 51, of Port Allegany, passed away Tuesday (May 7, 2024) at her home in Port Allegany, surrounded by her family.

She was born March 20, 1973 in Olean, NY, a daughter of Jonathan Nelson and Gloria (Press) Nelson-Lamont. On May 9, 1997, in Coudersport, she married Robert T. Hill, who survives.

Angel was a 1993 graduate of Coudersport Area High School. She worked as a CNA at UPMC-Cole, Coudersport, in long term care.

Angel enjoyed watching TLC programs and crime shows. She loved to sew and do crafts, but her most beloved time was spent with her family and friends.

In addition to her husband, Robert, of Port Allegany, she is survived by:

her mother: Gloria A. Lamont of Fayetteville, NC

one son: Michael S. (Kayleen) Hill of Port Allegany

four daughters: Keiya M. (Gavin) Rupert of Port Allegany, Brittany N. (Damian) Andreano of Elkland, PA, K-Leigh O. Hill-Nelson of Port Allegany, and Mickalie A. Hill-Nelson of Port Allegany

grandchilden: Ashlyne, Aiden, Jaxon, Breely, Alayna, Drayvixxx, Levy, Jonathan and Bryson

three sisters: Joannie L. (Chris) Gleason and Shawna M. Lamont, both of Fayetteville, NC, and Misty L. (Matt) Rettger of Bradford, along with several nieces and nephews

Angel was preceded in death by her father, Jonathan L. Nelson on April 12, 2002

A memorial service for Angel will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2024, at 1PM in the Port Allegany FIre Hall.
