Andy "Papa" Fallas, 84, of Bakersfield, CA passed away peacefully on January 22, 2023, surrounded by his family. He was born in Costa Rica and moved to California in 1960. He became an American citizen in 1970. He fulfilled his American dream of owning his own successful restaurant.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Lorraine; daughters, Kimberly and DeAnn; son and daughter-in-law, Dan and Christine; grandchildren, Shelby and Austin; and his beloved dog, Mia.

Anyone who knew Andy knew that he was the most loving father and husband and always provided for his family. He will be dearly missed and always remembered. There will be a Celebration of Life at 11:00 am on February 17th at Valley Baptist Church, 4800 Fruitvale Avenue, Bakersfield, CA 93308.
