Obituary
Andy "Papa" Fallas, 84, of Bakersfield, CA passed away peacefully on January 22, 2023, surrounded by his family. He was born in Costa Rica and moved to California in 1960. He became an American citizen in 1970. He fulfilled his American dream of owning his own successful restaurant.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Lorraine; daughters, Kimberly and DeAnn; son and daughter-in-law, Dan and Christine; grandchildren, Shelby and Austin; and his beloved …
