Thank you so much for visiting this site. Andrew's celebration of life event details are available below. Yes we are honoring my beautiful husband that i was with for over 30 years on the west coast which he loved and where he requested to have his ashes spread. We were living on Vancouver Island and have so many fond memories of getaways with our dogs in Tofino and we hope you can attend and visit this little bit of Canadian heaven as we remember Andrew.

It is with deep sorrow that we mourn the passing of Andrew Maclaren, age 59 years, from cancer on Saturday, December 10th, at the Ruddy-Shenkman Hospice in Kanata, Ontario.

Andrew was supported and loved through his illness, as he was throughout much of his life by his beloved wife, Mireille (Mimi) Benge. He was predeceased by his parents Frederick and Nancy Maclaren. Andrew is survived by his siblings Virginia, Leith (John Walter), Fergus (Wendy Duffy), …
