To Barbara, Nicole, and Jeff - So sorry to hear of Andy's passing.  My heart goes out to you all.   My Dad and Andy had such a long and great relationship.  My Dad loved him like a brother.  So many stories from the bread company.  Much love and hugs to you all.

To Andy's family - I am so sorry for your loss and will keep you and Andy in my prayers. I do not know Andy personally and just so happened to see his book on Amazon when I was ordering another book. I have been wanting to fast so I ordered it. I loved his stories and have every intention to fast this lent and pray the prayers that he included in the book. I completed the book today and wanted to find the fasting bread so went to the website. It appears to be down so I began searching and came across his Obituary and that is when I realized that I purchased his book on January 23, 2024 - the day he died. This was confirmation to me that I was supposed to read his book and I need to begin fasting. If anyone can contact me regarding where I can find the fasting bread - it would be so much appreciated. "Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let Your perpetual light shine upon him/her. May his/her soul and the souls of all the faithful departed rest in peace. Amen brooksiehebert@bellsouth.net

Sorry to learn of Andy’s passing I have great memories of golfing with Andy

RIP my friend

Glenn Eramo

I’m very sorry to learn of Andy’s passing. I knew Andy through Secession Golf Club. I lost track of Andy in recent years but I will never forget him. I learned a lot from Andy. What a terrific guy who truly cared for his fellow man. I’ll never forget how he told me that “golf saved my life”.  He loved the game. Loved all our talks about golf and his other favorite topic, bread. RIP my friend.

I hope we can attend the memorial Babs, I tell the story over and over about how he took over our transportation “issue” in Scotland, highlight when he stole the hotel main key to throw the drunk bus driver into an empty room at midnight! Will go down in history as a classic Andy move! We all loved him dearly.  RIP Andy ❤️

I had fond memories of Andy at Secession GC over the years golfing and hanging on the porch.  He was always good for some good laughs and stories and that's how I'll always remember him.

Barbara,

Sending love to you and your family. Very sorry for your loss.
