Andy was such a wonderful man, a deep patriot and a true friend. His generosity and commitment to the Masons, to the N-SSA, to his friends and family and, most of all to Pam, is unsurpassed. Bob and I will always hold you in our hearts Andy.

To the world, he was Andy, but to us, he was simply Dad. We'll remember him not only for his kindness but for his mischievous grin and ability to find humor in any situation—even when he accidentally mowed over mom's prize-winning tulips. He taught us to not take ourselves too seriously and to always find joy in the simple things. He was the best audience for all our successes and the kindest shoulder for all our struggles. While we miss him dearly, we know he'd want us to celebrate his life, and probably offer a bad pun while doing it.
Our Father did not leave behind a monument, but a legacy woven into the lives he touched. He taught about resilience, showing what it meant to face challenges with grace and courage. Memories at the archery range with him teaching me how to aim a bow and Shenandoah, Oh Shenandoah where he taught me how to shoot a musket. and how he helped me fix my first car and taught me to persevere, will always be remembered. He poured his heart into his family and his work, and those who knew him understood his unwavering dedication. As the family moves forward without him, the question 'What would Dad do?' will be often asked, and his shining example followed. Rest in peace, Dad. I love you"
