Personal note

Andrew Paul DeSimone, 36, of Dublin, Georgia, passed away unexpectedly April 11, 2024 in Macon, Georgia. He was born May 23, 1987, to Paul and Carmen DeSimone in Providence, Rhode Island.

Andrew is survived by his wife, Sydni; sons Blake Andrew and Roman Paul; step-daughter, Charlotte Olivia Smith; parents, Paul and Carmen; brother, Israel; sister, Kristin (Jamie), and infant niece Patience.

Andrew served in the United States Army. Andrew was employed by Tractor Supply Company, and was studying computer technology at Middle Georgia State University.

Andrew was an intelligent and creative man who enjoyed movies, writing, word games, cooking, and romantic dates with his wife. He was a thoughtful and affectionate gift-giver. He was both fiercely passionate and strictly organized about everything he set out to do.

As a child, Andrew was an avid fan of "Sonic the Hedgehog" and "The Three Stooges."

Believe it or not, as a child, "Little Andy" was infatuated with vacuum cleaners. Upon entering any department store he would head right to the vacuums and name every make and model on the shelf.

Andrew is loved and will be missed by many.

A memorial service for Andrew will be held Saturday, April 20, 2024, at The Ice House, 213 S. Monroe Street, Dublin, GA at 1:00pm.
