Andrea "Toya" Montero, 95, of Howell, NJ, passed away on March 17, 2023 after an arduous battle with Alzheimer's Disease.
Andrea was born on February 4, 1928 to Agustin Montero Acosta and Monserrate "Ramona" Plaza de Montero in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico. She was child number 6 of 12 siblings. In 1947, after he returned to Cabo Rojo from WWII, she married Martin Camacho Torres. They had three children Hamilton, Iris and Gerineldo before relocating …
