Ms. Andera Meadows who is affectionately known as Ann departed this life on October 3, 2021 to be with the Lord. Andera Meadows was born November 14, 1969 to the late Charles Meadows & Dorothy Meadows in Stephens, Georgia. She was the 2nd youngest of 5 children. Ann spent her life in Stephens, Georgia with her life long partner, Billy Smith. She professed her life to Christ at Mt. Zion Baptist Church where she was …
