Andre was born on July 11, 1970, to his loving parents Beverly and Robert. After successfully completing primary and secondary school, he went on to trade school to become a carpenter.
Dobbler was most known for lighting up a room and a smoke! No matter what was going on, he was always optimistic and ready to fight for what was right.
