Anabel passed away on a Sunday night on October 23rd, 2023. She leaves her brother Alex and several cousins, nephews and foster children. Anabel was born in Matanza, Cuba on April 22, 1956 to Rev. Bienvenido Moises Toirac and mother Adelfa Arencibia Toirac. She grew up with her older brother Moises Toirac Jr. Her father Rev. Toirac built a church near Havana in 1957 and Pastored it until 1962 after being threatened by the communist …
