I too remember the summer of "awergic" and how it ended at Grandma's house.  Amy was "awergic" one time too many; Grandma Jon Ann said "Allergic, Awergic! I'll awergic you if you tell me that one more time" Amy was able to eat everything afterwards!

That same summer visit, the girls were taking their nighttime bath when Amy helped Grandma by pouring an entire bottle of oily conditioner into Desiree's thick, curly hair to wash it! We great-aunts took turns with Grandma shampooing Desiree's hair to try to "un-condition" the excess oil!

We still love you all and share your precious love and laughter w/ Amy.

Amy is my cousin and she was only 11 days older than me. I have many fond memories of her and her crazy, loving, beautiful, allergic (awergic) self. Any time us kids were asked to try a new food Amy would say that she’s awergic lol 

She is as amazing human and gave all to her family, friends, and patients.
