1997, Maryland Veterans Cemetery Crownsville, Sunrise Beach Road, Crownsville, MD, USA
I am very saddened by hearing about Amy. My heart goes out to Kevin and her family. I had the pleasure of serving with Amy while we were stationed at Fort Meade in the mid-90s. She and I both served on the board with the Junior Sailors Association (JSA). She was always kind and extremely helpful; especially when we volunteered for many JSA events including car washes and the Maryland Veterans Cemetery clean-up. I also remember attending many Navy ceremonies and PT tests with her and other members of the JSA. My thoughts and prayers are with her family. She will be greatly missed.

To Kevin, Chad, Megan and Amy's family —
Amy was a good friend at Penn State and a very kind and thoughtful person. Although we haven't been in contact since college, I'm very saddened to hear of her passing. May her memory be a blessing.

I am profoundly saddened by Amy’s passing. Amy and I worked together for several years and I remember her as dedicated, focused, and above everything else, friendly. She was an amazing co-worker bubbling with charisma and a zest for life. It is heart-breaking and I want to extend my sincerest condolences to Kevin and Amy and Kevin’s extended families.

Amy was my sister-in-law. She was the nicest person I have ever known. She was such a kind soul. I feel blessed to have had her as part of my family for 30+ years. She will be severely missed. Heaven has one of it's angels back now.

My deepest condolences to Kevin, Chad, Megan and the extended family. Amy and I were also roommates at DLI, in 1994. I was her maid of honor. I am thankful for our friendship over the (last 30+) years. We were also in TX together and parted ways after that....but reconnected in MD in 2001/2002. Even after their move from MD, we stayed in touch. She was such a selfless, thoughtful, kind person. I will fondly treasure the memories we shared. My thoughts and prayers go out to you all.

Dear Kevin and family,
I had the honor of going through boot camp with Amy in 1993, and the even greater privilege of being her roommate at DLI in Monterey. I was able to watch her love story with Kevin unfold. She affectionately called him her "jundiun", her soldier in Arabic. We would laugh hysterically when we would reenact some of our "favorite" memories from boot camp, but what I remember most is her kindness and her sweet spirit. She was a couple of years older than me, and looked after me, like a big sister would. I'm sending you all my deepest condolences. I will keep you all in my prayers. Please know her positive impact on my life has made a permanent imprint on my heart.
With love,
