We are looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow, Saturday, July 13, at 1 pm, MTS to celebrate our Amber.

The virtual option for the celebration of Amber’s life will be recorded for the family to cherish. If someone is unable to make the event and wants a recording, please contact Leah at leah.l.chavarria@gmail.com. If you know someone who wants to attend the celebration virtually, please be sure they RSVP through the Ever Loved memorial site for Amber.

For all attendees, there will be an opportunity to share memories of Amber.

If you are attending in person:
The celebration of Amber’s life is being held in a church that shares space with the Colorado Springs Youth Symphony Association. The address is:

3113 Primrose Dr, Colorado Springs, CO 80907, USA

The door to enter Village Church is on the northwest side of the building. We will put a Village Christian sign out with an arrow to help guide you to the open door. It will be a very hot day and the church is not air conditioned. There will be many fans.

Amber would appreciate everyone feeling comfortable, so please wear whatever you are comfortable wearing. No need to wear all black, unless you want to.

After the service, there will be refreshments and time to mingle.

If you are attending virtually:
If you have any trouble logging in or accessing the celebration through the link provided by email, please call or text Leah at (619) 384-6955. I will monitor my phone before and throughout the celebration, unless I am speaking.

Please be sure your correct name is displayed on your zoom window so we can identify you. People who are not on the RSVP list may be put in the waiting room until we can correctly identify you. If you know someone who wants to attend the celebration virtually, please be sure they RSVP through the Ever Loved memorial site for Amber so we do not force them into the waiting room.

Please keep your mic muted throughout the celebration unless you are sharing a memory about Amber. If you want to share a memory of Amber during the event, please go to “reactions” and select the “raise hand” function. When your name is called, you will have the opportunity to share your memories. If you are having trouble with the reactions, you may text Leah or wait for an opportunity to unmute when no one is speaking.
