Amber Lynn (Gardner) Pereira of Wasilla passed away on October 10, 2021 at Providence Hospital from Covid-19 related complications. She was born October 5th, 1982 in Anchorage, AK to George and Ramona Gardner. Amber was a kind and gentle person who had overflowing love for children and animals. She was an avid photographer, working freelance as a wedding and special occasion photographer. At the time of death she was employed as office manager at the family business of Hilltop Recycling in Chugiak. She is survived by her husband Nathan Pereira and their two children Mika and Akira, her mother Ramona Gardner, siblings Stephanie, Samantha and Calvin all of Wasilla and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father George Gardner, aunt Denise Gardner, aunt Marjorie Gardner, grandparents Leonard (Tiny) and Annette Gardner, Roman Schierholt, Cleo Metcalf and her beloved dog Toby. No services are planned at this time. A Celebration of Life will be announces at a later date.
