I was Ambers room mate in our home in Austin, TX when she passed. Amber was one of my best friends and one of the closest people I had here in Texas. I am grateful I got to know her for the time I did. My heart breaks having to live here in my room without having her here with me. One of the last things she said to me was,” You’re gonna miss me when I leave for two weeks I know you’re gonna miss me.” I wish I would have spent more time with her before she left. We plan to make a memorial for her here at our home. My heart goes out to her family and children. I know she loved her children more than anything else, and everything she was doing in Austin was for her children. She introduced me to two of them one time when I picked her up from her sisters one time from a weekend stay. They were amazing children. My heart goes out to them. I’m keeping her family and children in my prayers.
