Missing my best friend more and more every day... can’t believe it’s been 9 months since I saw you last. My heart aches for you every single day. You were my absolute favorite person on the planet. I miss calling you 1000 times a day to chat about anything and everything. I miss seeing your beautiful face and smile. I miss you and dad together, the absolute dream team. I really miss your advice too... you had such a way with people. Everyone adored you! You’ve left such a hole here that can never be filled... You fought so hard and you were so brave. Even as ill as you were, you were still more worried about everyone else. I’m so honored to be your daughter and to have been present for your last moments on this earth. I just wish you could have stayed a little bit longer. My future children will know what a beautiful person you are and how much you would have loved them. You would have been the best nan! What I would give to hold your hand (you had the softest hands) and hug you just one more time. I would never let go. I love and miss you so so much. You were always an angel, even before you passed. Till we meet again, my bestest friend💔

Just read the comment about mandy loving that song I will survive and the song I always remember mandy by because she sang it on a karaoke once when we were on holiday is day dream believer and last night I heard it being played so I was thinking mandys letting us know she is, still around ❤️❤️

Mandy and I used to party a lot when we were teenagers. Mandy’s favourite song to request was ‘I will survive’ by Gloria Gaynor. I can’t remember why she liked that song so much but she used to dance and sing like no one was watching.
I hadn’t heard that song for years but since Mandy passed away I’ve heard it loads and it made me sad. Yesterday I heard it while I was driving on the motorway. This time I sang along with a massive smile and a warm feeling in my heart, it felt as though Mandy was singing along with me.
You’ll always have a place in my heart Mandy (Smith) Sewell❤️
