Alma Rosa Passarell Carpi entered into eternal rest on January 24, 2025, at the age of 82. She was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, on May 30, 1942, to her mother, Lucy. Alma grew up in the Washington Heights section of New York City and graduated from George Washington High School.
