Allen "Doc" Pratt was born on March 12, 1974 and died on July 9, 2020 after being struck by a car while walking. He is survived by his wife, Arlena W. Pratt, two Daughters Alissa Moore and Husband Will, Destiny Harper and fiance Alphonso all of Monroe. A sister in law Lisa Bowers and husband Justin of Savannah, Ga. Three brothers, James "Jimmy" Pratt, Richard "Ricky" Pratt, Charles "Chucky" Pratt. Several nieces and nephews. He preceeds in Death by his Mother Ann A. Smith and Pops Nelson B. Smith funeral services are incomplete at this time. P
