Allen "Doc" Pratt was born on March 12, 1974 and died on July 9, 2020 after being struck by a car while walking. He is survived by his wife, Arlena W. Pratt, two Daughters Alissa Moore and Husband Will, Destiny Harper and fiance Alphonso all of Monroe. A sister in law Lisa Bowers and husband Justin of Savannah, Ga.
