Allen's obituary

LAKELAND - Allen S.

Marshall, 80, of Florida, passed away on October 2, 2025. Born August 2, 1945, Allen lived a full and generous life grounded in hard work, family, and faith.

Allen worked many years at IMC Agrico, where he built a reputation for his strong work

ethic and straightforward nature. Beneath his gruff voice was a sharp mind, a poet's heart, and a man who gave endlessly to those he loved.

He shared fifty years of marriage with his first wife, Sarah Marshall, raising their two children, Pamela "Rosey Jones" Wendle and Jamey Marshall.

With Sarah, he built a family rooted in love, long days of work, and a passion for life that carried on through their children and grandchildren.

Later in life, Allen found happiness again with his wife of twenty-five years, Kristina Marshall.

Together they shared sunsets on the porch of their lake home, adventures in and out of Florida, and countless moments where he lovingly reminded her that she was the love of his life.

Allen also helped guide his stepchildren, Matt Martin and Christopher Martin, sharing stories from his past and teaching them the value of hard work and responsibility.

His greatest joys were found in life's simple moments— talking over coffee with his daughter Pam, who was always a daddy's girl; sharing life lessons with his granddaughter Amanda; table talks with Matt; and the bond of friendship he had with his son Jamey.

Allen was preceded in death by his beloved grandson, James "Bub" Marshall. He is survived by his wife Kristina; his children Pamela "Rosey Jones" Wendle and Jamey Marshall; his stepchildren Matt Martin and Christopher Martin; his grandchildren Amanda (Robert) Wendle and Jacob Wendle; and his great-grandchildren Sarah, Aurora, Adealia, Juliana, Justin, and Miguel.

Allen will be remembered for his humor, hones-ty, generosity, and unwavering love for his family.

He leaves behind a love that time cannot fade and a faith that promises his family they will be together again.
