Allen Wayne Higgs left the world unexpectedly on December 13th 2023.
Allen was born in Sacramento, California on March 24th, 1963 to Harold Higgs Jr and Linda Treese. Allen or “Big Al” was a jack of all trades. He started his own carpentry business and spent many years as a great carpeteer. At the age of 60, Allen decided to change his career and obtain his CDL. He spent the last months of his life …
