Milford - Allan Kenneth Bowler, 84, of Dover, DE, passed away at home on 5/28/2021 after a prolonged illness. However, Allan continued to be quite independent; nothing would stop him from doing as he pleased, despite his condition. Allan expressed how grateful he was to be around to celebrate his 84th birthday, how much he loved all of his family members, and that he knew that he too was appreciated and loved.
