To Sam and all of Allison's family. Please accept my most sincere condolences for your loss. Such a lovely human being was Allison. I am grateful I got to know her and that Sam had her as his wife. I know how devoted the two of them were to each other. A great loss. My wife Joan sends her love too.

• My sincere condolences to all. I never had the honor to meet Alison. I have been a friend of Sam’s for years that originates from business and flourished into the gift of knowing a truly wonderful person I now deem my friend. For the first year that I knew Sam, he would share stories of him and his wife always with a smile larger than life and a sparkle in his eye and I would think to myself, “Miallison” is such a unique name. I realized I was mistaken as I finally put it together that “My Alison” is how he refers to her! Although I didn’t get a chance to know her personally, from all I’ve gotten to know of her beauty on the inside and out and genuine warmth and kindness, this particular prayer came to mind. I hope it may offer some peace to you all through such a sad time. From all Sam has told me, it aligns with who she was.

Alison was the genuine article. Physically gorgeous, she was equally beautiful on the inside with a warm, loving and caring nature.  I will always remember her laughter and the joy she found in life. She was wonderfully realistic and told it like it was, another characteristic that we need more of in the world. 

My heartfelt condolences. May memories of her be a comfort to you. 

Sam I can’t believe what you have been through. Keep your chin up man! I extend my condolences to you and your family. Lean on your support who will help you through this .
