Step mother to Rachel Toms, the late Tonya Hess and the late Shawn Gillespie. She is survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is the sister of Maggie Mitchell, Dorothy Richmond, Janna Gregory, Donna Frederick, Troy Hinkle and the late Kathy Willman, Charlie Hinkle, Phillip Hinkle
