“ MARK A PERFECT MAN AND BEHOLD THE UPRIGHT, FOR THE END OF THAT MAN IS PEACE”
Ps: 37:37

Mass Alford exemplified this passage in my mind . I have known Mass Alford all my life and as I reflect, all I can think of are the good memories of him.

A - Always caring and ready to give a helping hand

L - Loving and ready to give a listening ear

F - Faithful and kind , always making sure that I get the best oranges and ripe bananas.

O - Optimist and orderly , I always look forward to my visits with him. Even when he was ailing , I would be so motivated by his encouragements and strength. I would walked away each time inspired.
He was always put together in his appearance.

R - Resilient , in the face of adversity he would stand firm and expressed his belief and trust in God. In his word “ God is in control and the best is yet to come”

D - Diligent , Delightful . One can’t help enjoying his company.

I’m so sorry I will not be able to celebrate his life in person with you all.
I will always treasure the precious memories I share of Mass Alford especially one of my Childhood ,when he was a shoemaker,
I would go by and he would show me how he make and repair shoes, and then that would be followed by a piece of sugar cane. Man ! That was always great!!
Mass Alford was a quiet but powerful Spirit who God used for His glory.
Rest In Peace Mass Alford! Until I see you again ❤️

I will never forget Maas Alford! A neighbor who was family and friend. He had a gentle and kind spirt; definitely a family man, a good husband to Ms. Liza and a wonderful father and grandfather. I was always welcome at his house and I felt comfortable and safe there. Cheers to you Maas Alford! you lived a good life and you will never be forgotten! I wish I was able to join in the celebration of your life. RIP.

Sleep in peace Marse ALford.I have not forgotten all the good memories I have of you and Miss Liza. One of my favorite memories was always getting My own ripe bananas from you and Miss Liza. You were a staple in our family as well and I remember the friendship you shared with mama and papa and how you both treated us as your own children and grand children . Sending my deepest condolences to my family. Sorry I can’t be there to celebrate his life and also support in person . Sending prayers and love always ❤️❤️Kisha
