Thinking about trips to the beach at Cape May. Uncle Alex was always happy to carry all the beach toys and chairs for me, Anna, and Sasha earning him the title as Uncle Schlep. So grateful for all the wonderful memories I have of him that I’ll hold with me forever! Missing you Uncle Alex and thinking about you Aunt Jeannie, Anna, and Sasha. ❤️
I am so very sorry about Alex's sickness and passing. Alex and I were very good friends during the time he was establishing his counseling practice in downtown Pittsburgh, and raising Amy and Peter whom he talked about all the time. He rented office space in my Executive Suites in the Jenkins Arcade and we had morning coffee together every day for quite a few years. For those years, he was my very best male friend. I am so grateful for having his friendship those years and for the many ways he helped me get through hard times. The world will always be better for having Alex in it, and I'm so sad he's no longer here. He was loved by so many and will be missed by all. My love and sympathy go out to Jeanne and his family.
Very sorry for the loss of your husband and dad. He was truly a wonderful person and I was fortunate to have known all of you and be able to spend time with you. Will pray for you.

So sorry to hear this. I am proud to say that Alex was my counselor, at one time my client, and always my friend. I just found my autographed copy of his book when I was unpacking boxes in our new house. I know Tony and I would not still be together after 28 years without Alex's help in the bumpy parts...
Alex and Jeanne, Jeanne and Alex. The two of you went together. My heartfelt condolences to the entire Levy family. Too damn sad.

May God bless you all and may Alex rest in peace.
We have been thinking about all of you during this difficult time. We will continue to pray for your family. Tom and Deb
My most sincere condolences to his family and all of those who knew and loved him.
I'm am so sorry to hear of the loss of Alex. I declare, I was thinking of him not to long ago. You all treated me with so much warmth and WELCOMED me into your home. I felt so much like family. I recall when I was going through an issue and I spoke with you about it after the fact ( I was embarrassed), you asked me "why didn't you speak with Alex, he's a professional in that area?" Those words gave me so much comfort. To think that he would have had time for little ole me. As these tears roll down my cheeks, (lots of emotions going on) just know you all are in my prayers. You've made such an impact in my life. I MISS AND LOVE YOU. BLESSINGS ❤
So sorry to hear of Alex’s passing- thinking of all of you, especially Anna, Sasha, and Jeanne Marie, who I’ve had the pleasure of knowing since our kids started preschool together when they were 3 years old. I will always remember JFK Catholic’s cross country practices when I coached the kids on their runs and Alex offered advice and support.
With much sympathy, Linda Chico
My dear Alex...my heart aches at the loss of such a wonderful man and amazing friend. My deepest sympathy goes out to you Jeanne, Amy, Peter, Anna and Sasha for the pain you are enduring. He will be so missed. I will still laugh at all your jokes in my memory Dr. Bean.
So very sorry for your loss Jeanne Marie, I'm holding you all close to my heart.

Jeanne Marie, I am so sorry to learn of Alex’s passing. He has left me with many fond memories, but the most vivid ( and I can see it in my mind’s eye like it was yesterday!) was the day we had to vaccinate Luna in the pasture behind the house. I drew the vaccines up while Alex stalked her. Suddenly when her attention was directed elsewhere, he launched himself towards Luna, similar to the way Jack Lambert would launch himself towards an unsuspecting quarterback. The result was the same as Lambert’s- a clean takedown! Alex said to me “ Hurry, Glenn, I’m not sure how long I can hold her!” So I hustled over, administered both vaccines and she was protected for another three years. Truly, an unforgettable moment! Thank you, Alex!
Dear Levy Family,

Sending all of my thoughts and prayers! I only met Alex a couple of times, but he always welcomed me! I remember a time I was hanging out with Anna at the house, and when my mom came to pick me up, Alex told her that he was keeping me as a new member of the family. I know he was an amazing father and a great man, and I know he will be dearly missed. Sending my condolences!

Alex saved me. That was 35 years ago and I have never stopped being grateful. May he Rest In Peace. And may you, his family, cherish your memories.
