It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of Alex Michael MacKenzie's passing on May 14th, 2024. Born on May 17th, 1993, to loving parents Gregg MacKenzie and the late Lisa Venezia, Alex is survived by his father Gregg, stepmother Alicia, sisters Brittany and Natalie MacKenzie, step-siblings JJ and Michelle, and his cherished nephews and niece, Landon, Miles and Lainey.

A talented electrician, Alex pursued his education in electrical maintenance and construction technology at Triangle Tech, where he developed a special passion for solar energy and HVAC. He was known for his dedication and skill in the field. In addition to his work, Alex found joy in spending time with his family, particularly his nephew Landon, with whom he shared many memorable moments playing cards, skating, and golfing.

Alex will also be remembered for his love of spending time with his cousins, creating lasting memories filled with laughter and joy. Remembered for his kindness, dedication, and unwavering love for his family, Alex's absence will be deeply felt by all who had the privilege of knowing him. May he rest in peace.
