Turk's obituary
Alex (Turk) Coleman, 73 passed away October 1st, 2025 at Baylor Scott and White Hospital in Round Rock TX.
Turk left high school early, and joined the Navy where he got his G.E.D. After he completed his service he had various jobs, but his last job was at University of Texas. Turk had a full life of many experiences.
Turk enjoyed family time, watching the Cowboys play, watching westerns, playing solitary, and other card games. He also enjoyed being outside. He looked forward to the holidays when all the family came together.
Turk gave his life to God/Christ at a young age. He was a very hard worker, and dedicated in any and everything he did. Loving family and friends meant a lot to him. He touched everyone he crossed paths with for good and with love.
Turk was a God-fearing and God loving man. He was down to earth, caring, and friendly. He was a hard worker whom gave his all. Loved to laugh. Never held a grudge against anyone, and was easy to talk too. He was very supportive with helping raise his grandchildren and our friends and their children. He touched a huge part of all our lives. Turk wasn't perfect, but he was a good man with a big heart. He always had a smile on his face and a word of encouragement. He embraced life to the fullest, and we give praise to God for allowing him to be our Dad and in our lives. He was a true fighter till the end. We will always love him. Turk's body is gone, but his spirit lives forever with God, and in our memories. We were truly blessed by his presence in our lives, and will be forever missed and loved.
