Aleksandra's obituary
Aleksandra Jakubowski, born December 19, 1961, sadly passed away on October 15, 2025.
She leaves behind her beloved daughters, Izabela (Justin) Brazinsky and Aneta (Andy) Jakala and her five grandchildren, Bryson, Ellie, Gregory, Michael and Amilia. Aleksandra's warm spirit and love for life will be remembered fondly by all who knew and loved her. She is proceeded by her late husband, Miroslaw Jakubowski, her parents, Tadeusz and Helena Dworaczek and her sister, Grace Rzeszutko.
She will be profoundly missed, leaving a void in our hearts. We take solace in the knowledge that her memory lives on in the lives she touched.
