Aleesha M. Poss (nee Scott), 36, of Hartford passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2022.

She was born on April 29, 1986, to Randolph Scott and Tanya Ottmer (nee Martinez) in Hartford, WI. Aleesha grew up in Hartford where she attended school. She was united in marriage to Trent Poss. She raised her five children. Aleesha loved to sing, dance and enjoyed music. She also enjoyed going for walks, writing poems, and drawing. Aleesha especially enjoyed spending time with her family and will be missed by all who knew her.

Those Aleesha leaves behind to cherish her memory include her five children, Clinton Scott-Seiler, Sophia Scott-Poss, Tavius Poss, Unaleyia Scott, and Eziyah Hall; three sisters, Andrea Martinez, Courtney Everson, and Jamie Heinecke; two brothers, Ricky Strobel and Jashin Howell; her mother, Tanya (Lou) Ottmer; her grandmother, Consuelo Martinez; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

She is preceded in death by her father, Randolph Scott; brother, Joseph Martinez; her uncle, Jose Martinez, Paternal grandparents, Eugene and Rita Scott; and Material grandfather, Jose R. Martinez; and ex-husband, Trent Poss.

A funeral service in remembrance of Aleesha will be held on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. at the Myrhum-Patten Funeral Home, 1315 W. Washington St., West Bend.

The family will greet relatives and friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. until 4:45 p.m.
