I was a Cumberland High School Class of 1968 classmate of Albert's, and I wanted to express my sympathy to the family. I had a few interesting discussions with Albert back in those days, but I never could convince him to come to one of our class reunions. I am sure that he will be missed.

Al was more than a friend to us. He was family. Sending you love, strength, and prayers. "All our life we'll miss him, as the years come and go, but in our hearts we'll keep him, because we love him so." —

In the silence of sorrow, God is always near.
Psalm 34:18 reminds us that “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”
To the Family,
Remember that a beautiful soul never truly leaves you, it just becomes a part of the air you breathe.
Please accept our heartfelt condolences on the loss of your father.
Always in our hearts and prayers,
Merilyn Harris and Family

Waking down to the stream behind the house to go fishing/learning how to drive the VW that would catch on fire/ how he would break into a grin shaking his head while scolding us…his quiet talks that only later on I would realize were lessons in disguise.
In response to "What was the most fun you ever had with Albert?"
