Al had retired from the Post Office the year I started. What a nice live he had- well lived. Condolences goes out to the family of Brother Gauthier from all of us in Branch 55 NALC

With our sympathy

Al was a special kind of guy. We became friends the day we met and over the years we shared many good times in Green  Valley. He was always willing to help with any project in the park. Al and Joan loved to play dominos and I can remember many spirited games. Al was a whiz at adding numbers in his mind and so he was always the score keeper.  Al loved Arizona and he and Joan explored every highway in the state. Al believed in love for family, country and his sweetheart, Joan.  Al will be missed by all who knew him.
Al will be missed in our community. He cooked many many meals some were good other I would have to say so so. Al and I had many arguments with in the thirty years I knew him. One of the last things he said is I love you both to Joan and I. I asked are you sure what you said he said yep and smiled.
