Alan Weller, 81, of Sherwood Park, AB passed away surrounded by his children on May 29, 2021.

Alan was born on October 6, 1939 to Godfrey (Red) and Queenie (Bramley) in Calgary, AB.

Alan's family meant more to him than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned. He loved sitting back and watching his grandchildren at family get-togethers, with a twinkle in his eye and a smile on his face.

Alan was also known for his love of animals, specifically Shelties. He was a passionate genealogist who could be found at his computer researching family lines any chance he could - and always telling stories about his ancestors to anyone who would listen.

Anyone who knew Alan knew that he was a loving father, who was always there for his children. Alan was predeceased by his mother, Queenie, and his father Godfrey (Red).

He is survived by his Children, Marie Tower (Chris), Gary Weller (Sabrina), Scott Weller and Cathy Moody. His pride and joy were his grandchildren Karly, Katie, Tyler, Colton, Julia, Brayden, Emily, Cody, Heidi, Allie, Neve, Lucas, Tyson and Conor.
