Personal note

Alan had a heart of gold and he was a loving man who loved his children and his family and friends, he would do anything to help anyone at any given time, that was important to him that he showed that he cared and that you knew he cared. Alan was the friendliest person to know he would strike up a conversation with anyone he made friends everywhere he went, he could talk to you about anything and everything from current affairs to oil refineries which was his line of work, he had many year's of experience in the oil business and it was a job he loved he always said that oil was in his blood. He worked at Amoco Corporation" Standard oil company of Indiana" he worked their with his father Alfred who introduced Alan into the oil business along with many good friends he met along the way, he later moved to California and worked for Powerien oil refinery as well as Chevron USA in El Segundo Ca. He later worked on another project for BookCliff's Energy in Green River UT. It was a test plant taking used motor oil and refining it and making gasoline outta it and that was successful not long after that Alan was disabled from the oil business that took a toll on his lungs. Alan loved to travel and visit new places and go on new adventures he also loved to camp and go boating and fishing he loved nature as well from bird's to sharks he was always amazed at life and all her beauty and it's all those kind of thing's that made Alan so fun to be with it was never a dull moment with Al his sense of humor was awesome he was so fun to be with and to laugh with Al's personality was larger than life and he will be missed so very much of every day until we're together once again for our eternity you will be so missed and never forgotten and loved to the moon and back infinitely and beyond
